MORE KIDS THREATENED AS GODDARD LAW ENFORCEMENT OBSTRUCTION OF CHILD STALKING CHARGES CONTINUES

GODDARD, SEDGWICK COUNTY, KS - Three times on the evening of Nov. 13, 2024, West Wichita Edward Jones Advisor/military veteran/soccer referee Willie Tucker communicated sexually-explicit threats to at least six Goddard, Kansas families from his residence. The targeted families have elementary-school aged children. The threats were communicated by a female that Tucker drove to his home at the precise time that child athletes he has previously targeted were outside.

Around 6:00 PM on Nov. 13, 2024, witnesses report that Tucker hurriedly pulled his vehicle into his Goddard, Kansas residential driveway. He and two other people then exited the vehicle. While children were being secured out of visual and aural range, one of Tucker’s passengers started shouting, “Oh it’s the criminals…the rapists…the ‘hoes’”. As Tucker walked the parties up to, and into the front door of his home, one of the passengers yelled, “So long, jackasses!”.

Disruptions at the Tucker home continued to spill out onto the quiet suburban cul-de-sac until approximately 7:30 PM. Witnesses report hearing doors slamming and shouting in the street several times. Neighbors report monitoring the situation securely inside their homes by surveillance camera.

The following events were corroborated by one or more neighbor surveillance cameras on Nov. 13, 2024. Material discrepancies between recording devices is noted:

Unintelligible child chatter is heard without identifiable visualization.

A dark sedan enters the cul-de-sac where elementary aged school children can be heard (and witnesses report are visible to drivers). The vehicle turns right into Tucker’s residential driveway.

A child can be heard singing. At least one child can be visualized in the presence their parent. Tucker and his passengers can be seen and heard exiting Tucker’s vehicle.

Voice heard over the opening and closing of Tucker’s car doors: “ Oh …it’s the criminals…the pedophiles. And the criminals. And the rapists... And the hoes …” Wider view shows two passengers - one in dark clothing and another in light clothing - as well as the driver of the vehicle, Tucker, in dark clothing and appearing to wear a hat. The three walk up to and enter Tucker’s front residential entrance. Voice: “So long jackasses!”

These incidents occurred four days after Tucker’s last incident of child threats on Nov. 9, 2024. The same block of children was previously threatened while playing outside in Tucker’s cul-de-sac on May 16, 2024. In all, STRATA NEWS has verified complaints of Tucker stalking Goddard children and elementary school athletes as back as far as Nov. 13, 2021.

During trial proceedings on Sept. 9, 2024 in Sedgwick County, Kansas, Tucker admitted to wiretapping interception of a public safety complaint to McConnell Air Force Base about his nonconsensual interference in a Sumner County child sex abuse and pornography investigation in November 2021. He also admitted to breach of 5 or more Edward Jones customer accounts to intercept Kansas Supreme Court breach mitigation attempts by affected child sex crime victims in January 2024.

The author of this story, a former Edward Jones customer, reported her first hand observations of Tucker’s sworn admissions to the Edward Jones Compliance Program by fax on Sept. 11, 2024. On Oct. 22, 2024, Edward Jones Compliance confirmed that Johnston’s compliance complaint had been breached by interception as well. Johnston then was advised to deliver the complaint personally to Tucker’s Investment Advisor Supervisor, Regional Manager Ariel Lee, on Oct. 30, 2024. Edward Jones Legal Department, Compliance, and Lee have never returned multiple calls for update since Sept. 11, 2024.

Although Tucker is required to report involvement in legal controversies and customer complaints, FINRA does not show Tucker’s admission to exfiltrating data from Edward Jones customer accounts and/or Compliance Program electronic communications or storage in order to obtain false protection from stalking orders on two customers acting as family Biddy NIL agents who Tucker has repeatedly targeted with violent threats. The fraudulent orders obtained by Tucker were achieved by Tucker’s institution of a malicious prosecution of the victims for calling 911 to report a third criminal stalking event to child victims by persons at his residence on May 16, 2024 to take advantage of data breached false public reports of another person(s). Tucker’s attorneys thereafter achieved $2700.00 in fraudulent fee awards on Tucker’s behalf while deceiving Sedgwick County courts into believing his victims were lying about Tucker’s perpetuation of identity fraud to chill their reporting.

Prior to working for Edward Jones, Tucker’s FINRA public disclosures report employment as an “Acquisitions & Logistics Subject Matter Expert” at “Innovate International Intelligence Integration” in Warner Robins, Georgia, United States. He is a Veteran of the Air Force. He discloses that he is also paid to officiate high school and collegiate soccer in the Sedgwick County, Kansas area 15 hours a week. Tucker’s Edward Jones webpage further discloses also his charitable work with Veteran’s groups and the Wichita Crime Commission’s Crime Stoppers Board. As of the date of this publication Tucker reports his business address as 737 N. Maize Road, Suite 500, Wichita, KS 67212.

On Aug. 26, 2024, the author of this story Johnston prepared business records subpoena and submitted draft notice of 1099-DA compiled in conjunction with RUFADAA/UCC Art. 12 Copyright Transfer Agreement documenting how Tucker’s illegal trading and impairment of just one of his Biddy NIL victims has caused an estimated loss of approximately $300,000.00 in value due to his deceptive trading practices in 2024. Those activities are reportable to the IRS in 2025. Johnston and STRATA NEWS PUBLISHING have voluntarily provided subpoena, testimony, and records of Tucker’s involvement in hacking, warrantless electronic surveillance, illegal public trading of Biddy NIL Athletes, violent threats to reporters, and multiple instances of his fraudulently misrepresentative submissions of public reports since first reported to District of Kansas AUSA Jason Hart in conjunction with Kansas Supreme Court data breach in February 2022. As of the date of this publication, City of Goddard, Kansas prosecutor Grant Brazill (Law Firm Morris Laing) refuses to cease and desist two and a half years of malicious prosecutions of multiple DEPRAVED HEART sources. Sedgwick County, Kansas District Attorney Marc Bennett continues to refuse to prosecute anyone associated with Tucker despite referral for felony stalking on or about May 2, 2024 by Goddard Detective Andrew Circle.
